SAPS MANKWENG INVESTIGATE MURDER FOLLOWING THE DISCOVERY OF A 89,YEAR OLD WOMAN VICTIM
POLOKWANE The Police in Mankweng under Capricorn District are investigating a murder following the discovery of a lifeless body of female victim in Mankweng unit-G bushes on 25 August 2025.
The preliminary report revealed that the deceased was reported missing on Friday, 15 March 2025, at Mankweng police station.
Furthermore, the deceased’s body was found particularly burnt at the veld, an inquest case reported
The Police subsequent investigation, revealed that the deceased’s body had been burnt somewhere and later dumped at the scene. The deceased was identified by Mrs Nare Dorcus Mothapo, 89.
The circumstances surrounding the murder is under investigation
