Key Responsibilities
As a Teller, you will be responsible for:
- Managing average NAD values of differences to minimise business losses.
- Controlling teller differences by ensuring accurate processing of transactions, including deposits, transfers, payments, and withdrawals.
- Understanding customer requests clearly and processing them efficiently, accurately, and promptly.
- Complying with all procedures and processes outlined in the FNB Golden Rules.
- Engaging with customers professionally in line with FNB service standards.
Minimum Requirements
You will be an ideal candidate if you have:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or environment
