GIYANI MUNICIPALITY R148 MILLION VBS GRAFT TRIO GRANTED BAIL
LIMPOPO: The Giyani Municipatily VBS trio appeared in the Giyani Magistrate Court today for their first appearance and bail application. Risimati Hitler Maluleke was granted bail of R25 000. Nditshedzeni Mashau was granted R20 000 bail and Zwivhuya Goodness Thishonge was granted R20 000 bail. All with strict bail conditions. The case was remanded to the Polokwane Specialised Commercial Crimes Court on 13 May 2024 for docket disclosure.
