FOUR OF THE SIX APPEARED ON COURT
All six suspects, Retshepile Mohlati (32), Tumelo Makwayi (35), Tebogo Chaole (29), Justice Kgang (39), Gauwe Matibela (34)
Lucky Tshelala (39) who were arrested by the West Rand based Gauteng Hawks’ Serious Organised Crime Investigation together with Sibanye Stillwater mine security on the 17 July 2023 at Driefontein mine appeared in the Fochville Magistrates’ court again today, 20 July 2023. Their case was postponed to 27 July 2023 formal bail application and were remanded in custody.
Seven suspects arrested, five unlicensed firearm recovered on Louis Botha Avenue in Norwood by the multi-disciplinary team including DPCI TOMS, SAPS National Crime Intelligence, SAPS MDOC CI CIT team, SAPS Ekurhuleni District Operational Trio Task team, SAPS Gauteng Highway Patrol, GTP Saturation unit, Gauteng Traffic Police Chopper, Badboyz Security, Tracker Connect, FRS-Falcon Risk Solutions and JH Tactical.
