LEBOWAKGOMO POLICE LAUNCH A MANHUNT FOR SUSPECTS WHO BROKE AT A PRIMARY SCHOOL

POLOKWANE : Police in Lebowakgomo under the Capricorn District have launched investigations into a case of business burglary following an incident that occurred at Byldrift Primary School between Wednesday, 25 February 2026 at 15:00 and Thursday, 26 February 2026 at 07:00.

It is reported that upon arrival at the school on Thursday morning, staff members discovered that the administration block and other offices had been forcibly opened. Preliminary investigation revealed that a laptop and two cellular phones were stolen. Several doors were also damaged during the incident.

The total value of the stolen items and damages is estimated at approximately R14 600.
