Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification at NQF Level 4
  • Matric completed within the past five years (2021–2025)
  • Minimum average of 55% in English and Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy
  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Currently unemployed
  • Must not have participated in a learnership previously

Duties and Responsibilities

Learners will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality customer service
  • Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints through relevant stakeholders
  • Capturing and confirming customer orders accurately and timeously
  • Processing orders according to the daily call schedule
  • Informing customers of accounts placed on hold
  • Confirming orders in line with standard operating procedures
  • Communicating order-related issues to relevant stakeholders
  • Selling Clover and Principal products according to customer product ranges
  • Offering new or additional products, including explaining features and promotions
  • Promoting teamwork and cooperation within the call centre environment
