Overview
RCL Foods invites motivated and enthusiastic students with a passion for baking to apply for their Baking Learnership Programme. This SETA-accredited learnership offers learners an opportunity to gain practical experience, mentorship, and coaching in the baking industry while earning a formal qualification endorsed by SAQA.
The learnership programme will run for 12 months and is based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. Successful candidates will receive hands-on training aligned with industry standards and gain exposure to professional baking operations.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 qualification with Hospitality Studies and Mathematics (Literacy)
- Computer literacy (MS Office) is advantageous
- Motivated, driven, and willing to learn
- Creative and able to think laterally with problem-solving skills
