TWO SUSPECTS APPREHENDED IN MUSINA MATSWALE PHASE THREE FOR BUSINESS BURGLARY
POLOKWANE Two foreign male nationals aged between 29 and 42 are expected to appear before Musina Magistrate’s Court on Monday, 19 January 2026 for possession of suspected stolen property and business burglary.
The incident occurred on Monday, 12 January 2026 at a local hardware in Musina. The business premises was left on the day and everything was in order the following morning when they opened. They noticed that the palisade fence and iron mesh fence were cut off. They further checked the property and realized the one roll of the fence was stolen.
The matter to the Musina police station, and the investigation kicked started
On Saturday, 17 January 2026, during the day. The multi-disciplinary forces comprising of Musina Detectives and the Task Team conducted the Intelligence driven operation at Musina Nancefield, where the suspect was apprehended.
The preliminary investigation led the members to Matswale phase three at a certain household where the stolen property was hidden. During the search, a roll of mesh wire fence was found and seized.
