POLICE IN MPHEPHU INVESTIGATE MURDER OF 42-YEAR-OLD WOMAN AT MUDIMELI VILLAGE
POLOKWANE: Mphephu Police are investigating a case of murder following the discovery of the body of a 42-year-old woman at Mudimeli Village on Sunday morning, 21 December 2025, at about 08:00.
Police and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) were summoned to the scene, where they found the body of the female deceased, aged 42, lying on the ground at her aunt’s residence. The identity of the deceased is being withheld pending further police investigations.
Upon arrival, police observed that the deceased had sustained serious injuries to the upper body.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the deceased was last seen leaving a tavern in the company of male person .
At this stage, no arrests have been made, and police investigations are continuing.
