MORTUARY VEHICLE OVERTURNS KILLING A PASSENGER NEAR BOKSPITS
A mortuary vehicle transporting a corpse from Tsabong to Bokspits overturned yesterday, killing a passenger at the scene.
The accident occurred just after 6 PM near Vaalhoek, about 5 kilometres from Bokspits.
The corpse being transported was unharmed, but the coffin was destroyed.
Another vehicle was later sent to collect the body in a new coffin for burial today.
Bokspits Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
