POLICE SEEK INFORMATION AFTER UNKNOWN MAN KILLED IN MOB ATTACK IN POLOKWANE CITY
POLOKWANE: Police in Polokwane are investigating a case of murder after a man, believed to be in his early 30s, was killed in what appears to be a mob attack at the corner of Boom and Rissik Streets on Tuesday evening, 09 September 2025.
The victim was found critically injured and taken to hospital, where he later died in the early hours of Wednesday , 10 September 2025. The suspects are unknown and the motive is still under investigation.
Provincial Commissioner Lieutenant General Thembi Hadebe has condemned ongoing incidents of mob justice across the province, warning that those responsible will face prosecution.
