TWO MORE SUSPECTS IN MASISI FARM MURDER CASE APPEAR IN COURT — TO JOIN ACCOMPLICES LATER THIS MONTH

POLOKWANE: Two additional suspects linked to the brutal murder and robbery on a farm in Tshivaloni village, under the Masisi policing area, have appeared before the Masisi Magistrate’s Court today, Tuesday 16 July 2025.

The suspects, Khangwelo Mulaudzi (29) and Shonisani Ramabannda (39), were arrested on Monday, 14 July 2025, during a joint operation by Masisi Detectives and the Public Order Policing Unit (POPS) from Ṱhohoyanḓou at Muswodi village.

Their arrest follows a violent farm attack that occurred on the night of Tuesday, 08 July 2025, during which a group of armed suspects robbed farm valuables, stole several goats, and fatally shot a 24-year-old male employee. A total of 32 stolen goats were recovered during the operation.

The two accused appeared in court and were remanded in custody. They are scheduled to join their co-accused, Latedzani Pfarel (30) and Munyai Elphas (31)—on 22 July 2025. The two were arrested shortly after the incident. .

The police are continuing their efforts to trace additional suspects still at large.

The Provincial Commissioner of the South African Police Service in Limpopo, Lieutenant General Thembi Hadebe, commended the arresting teams and made a stern warning to the remaining suspects that they will soon join the accomplices behind bars.

Investigations are ongoing.
