COURT POSTPONES CASE OF FATHER ACCUSED OF BRUTALLY ASSAULTING MINOR DAUGHTER
POLOKWANE – The 42-year-old man arrested for allegedly brutally assaulting his 17-year-old biological daughter appeared before the Mahwelereng Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday , 07 January 2026.
The matter was postponed to Tuesday, 13 January 2026, for the accused to obtain legal representation and for a possible bail application.
The accused faces charges of child abuse, assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm (GBH), and domestic violence. He remains in police custody pending his next court appearance.
