Key Responsibilities
During the learnership, you’ll likely:
- Assist with patient calls and call centre scripts
- Provide basic health information
- Help with chronic, HIV/AIDS, and oncology medication authorisations
- Manage and report stock levels and errors
- Support dispensing processes (packing, labeling, checking meds)
- Assist with Schedule 1 medicine sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dispensary
- Follow up with patients on prescriptions and appointments
