STOCKTHEFT UNIT POLICE LAUNCH MANHUNT FOR SUSPECTS WHO STOLE ELEVEN GOATS AT MALEKAPANE GA-MPHAHLELE

POLOKWANE The Police in Lebowakgomo, Capricorn District launched manhunt for stocktheft suspects who stole eleven goats at Malekapane village Ga-Mphahlele

According to the information gathered, the complainant on Friday, 13 February 2026, at around 18:00, left all her goats in the kraal in the same yard and went to sleep. On Saturday, 14 February 2026, at around 03;30, she heard the goats making noise , and she woke up. She went to the kraal and found that the gate of the kraal tightened with unknown wires to her.

She counted her goats and realized that eleven goats are missing. The eleven stolen goats are valued to the amount of R27 500.00.

She further checked around the yard and suddenly discovered that her dog was dead. The cause of death is unknown at this stage, but food poison can not be ruled out.
