Role Description: Experiential Trainee

An Experiential Trainee is an individual who is undergoing supervised, hands-on training within an organization to gain practical experience in a specific occupational field. In this programme, trainees will be placed within the Learning Academy – Human Resources, where they will support various administrative, coordination, and operational functions relevant to their qualification.

Trainees will work under the guidance of experienced professionals and mentors who will provide structured learning opportunities, coaching, and performance feedback. The role is developmental in nature and aims to expose trainees to real responsibilities while ensuring that learning outcomes are achieved.

Eligibility Criteria
