State Versus Lehlohonolo Chauke- Polokwane High Court: Bail appeal was argued on the 31 December 2025 and the appeal was postponed for judgement today. The acting Judge Natalie Burnett dismiss the appeal.
The case will be back in court on 18 February 2026 in Polokwane Magistrates court. The accused will remain in custody.
