INFORMATION HEREBY BEING SOUGHT BY WESTERNBURG POLICE FOR SUSPECTS WHO FATALLY SHOT A MIDDLE AGED MAN
POLOKWANE: The Police in Westenburg near Polokwane in Capricorn District are seeking for positive information that can lead to the arrest of murder suspects of a middle aged man, on Saturday, 13 April 2024 at 02h15.
According to information received, the Police were summoned to shooting scene at Ladanna ,Witklip street in front of one of the local taverns. Upon arrival, the victim was found lying on the ground with gunshot wounds.
Preliminary investigations established that four occupants were seen driving in a white Mercedes-Benz and suddenly gunshots were heard, the vehicle drove off and the victim was left lying down.
EMS (Emergency Medical Services) Personnel were also activated and the victim was certified dead on their arrival. The identity of the deceased will be released in due course. A case of murder was opened for further police investigations.
Circumstances surrounding the incident is currently unknown but further Police investigations will determine.
