A man suspected to be a member of a gang in Thohoyandou has been shot and killed in an execution style. 38-year old Lufuno Mabirimisa who is linked with Jerusalema gang famously known as “Tshisole A Tshithabi” was fatally shot in Nzhelele in the early hours of Saturday. It is alleged Mabirimisa of Muledane outside Thohoyandou was shot several times by unknown suspects who then fled the scene. Thirteen cartridges were found at the scene. The motive has note been established. Eight gang members were recently fatally shoot in separate incidents around Thohoyandou.
