LIMPOPO PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT CELEBRATES NATIONAL CHILDREN’S DAY
Limpopo Provincial Government will celebrate National Children’s Day on 04 November 2023 at Seokodibeng Community Hall under Fetakgomo Tubatse Local Municipality, Sekhukhune District. Annually, the first Saturday of November is declared as the National Children’s Day. Government has declared this day to highlight and promote.
The day will be used to further educate children and community at large on the rights of children as enshrined in the Constitution of South Africa. The 2023 theme for National Children’s Day is: “Empowering Young Minds: Nurturing Creativity and Innovation.”
This year’s celebration will be divided into two parts. Part A: dignitaries will visit Mecklenburg hospital to handover gifts while parts B will be held at Seokodibeng community hall.
