JOINT NETWORK OPERATION “DOMESTIC” IN WATERBERG DISTRICT NABBED A 56 YEAR-OLD MALE SUSPECT FOR DEALING IN DRUGS
BELA-BELA: A joint Pro-Active Tactical Network Operation “Domestic” intended to eradication of possession and dealing in drugs across the province led to an arrest of one male suspect in Bela-Bela policing area under Waterberg District on Thursday 02 November 2023.
Police received an information about a fifty six (56) year-old male suspect who was distributing drugs to the local dealers in the area and reacted swiftly.
The operation comprised of the Limpopo Organised Crime together with Narcotic Desk was conducted along the R101 public road in Gauteng province, Pretoria until Bela-Bela, Limpopo province.
A 56 year-old was found in possession of eight hundred (800) sachets of Nyaope drugs with an estimated street value of R28.000 and was immediately placed an arrest.
The suspect is expected to appear before the Bela-Bela Magistrate Court soon facing charges of dealing in drugs.
Police investigations are continuing.
