SABC LIVHU” CASE POSTPONED FOR DPP’ DECISION
The well known Comedian of Limpopo “Captain Sabc Livhu” Livhuwani Madadzhe (38) of Mangondi Sidou village, appeared in Thohoyandou Magistrates’ Court for a count of murder. The accused is out on bail of R50 000.
It is alleged that the accused killed his wife Lindelani Nengovhela (32) and threw her body into the hole next to the pit toilet.
He will continue abiding by his bail conditions that he will not interfere with the state witnesses and to report to Sandton police station every Mondays and Fridays between 08h00 and 16h00.
The matter is postponed to 01 December 2023 for the Director of Public Prosecutions’ decision.
