PRESIDENT RAMAPHOSA TO CONDUCT OVERSITE VISIT IN LIMPOPO

LUTENDO LIVHEBE – MUDAU. President Cyril Ramaphosa will this Sunday, 11 December 2022, conduct a site visit to Limpopo to inspect the Giyani Bulk Water Project and engage with community members.

President Ramaphosa accompanied by Minister of Water and Sanitation Mr Senzo Mchunu will conduct site inspections of the Giyani Bulk Water Project to assess progress made to alleviate challenges of water scarcity and ensure consistent and reliable water supply in the area.

The Giyani Bulk Water Project was initiated in 2014 to address severe water challenges in the Greater Giyani Local Municipality through the transfer of water from Nandoni Dam to augment Nsami & Middle Letaba water systems.

The President will visit the Nandoni Dam and the Nandoni-Nsami Pipeline and later engage with community members at the Giyani Stadium this comming Sunday, 11 December 2022
