Introduction
We are offering an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to join a New Venture Creation (NVC) Learnership Programme.
This programme is designed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience needed to start, manage, and grow a successful business.
It is particularly suited for candidates with disabilities who are eager to gain both theoretical training and hands-on experience while working toward a nationally recognised qualification.
Duties & Responsibilities
Participants will:
- Attend structured training sessions and complete assessments
- Develop a business idea and business plan
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies
- Assist with daily business operations
- Apply entrepreneurial, financial, and marketing principles
- Complete a Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) and all required assessments
Requirements
Minimum Criteria
- South African citizen 🇿🇦
- Unemployed at the time of appointment
- Minimum Grade 10 (Grade 12 preferred)
Skills & Attributes
- Interest in entrepreneurship and business development
- Good communication skills
- Basic numeracy skills
