About the Programme
The Afrika Tikkun YES Learnership Programme 2026 is part of the Youth Employment Service (YES) initiative, which aims to tackle youth unemployment in South Africa.

Minimum Requirements
To apply, you must:
- Be 18–34 years old
- Have Matric (Grade 12)
- Be currently unemployed
- Not have participated in a YES programme before
- Be able to commit to 12 months
- Have:
- Basic computer skills
- Administration ability
- Good communication skills (English)
- Basic technical skills
- Strong customer service mindset
