JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Maintenance Electrician to join our Pretoria-based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical maintenance, fault-finding, repairs, and installations across retail petroleum sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs on retail petroleum sites
• Working on forecourts, retail shops, canopies, and perimeter lighting
• Responding to reactive maintenance calls and planned maintenance tasks
• Assisting with project installations and upgrades
• Ensuring compliance with SANS standards and HSSE requirements
• Completing job documentation and technical reports
• Supervising junior staff when required
• Managing tools, materials, and equipment
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Trade Tested Construction Electrician (Required)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience (Supervision or job management preferred)
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Valid Code 10 or Code EB driver’s licence
• Safety training: working at heights, confined spaces, permit-to-work systems
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience with digital job management systems
