URGENT APPEAL FOR PUBLIC ASSISTANCE TO LOCATE MISSING PERSON MAHLOKOANA LUCKY TAU (32)
POLOKWANE – The police in Roossenekal, under the Sekhukhune District, are appealing to members of the public for assistance in locating a missing person, Mahlokoana Lucky Tau (32), who hails from Bolobedu.
Mahlokoana was last seen on Wednesday, 19 June 2025, when he reportedly booked off duty at approximately 12:00 from Bonamanzi Game Lodge. He informed colleagues that he was travelling home to Bolobedu and was expected to return to work on Tuesday, 25 June 2025.
Concern arose when he failed to report for duty as scheduled. His co-worker and close friend, upon returning from his own rest period, inquired about his whereabouts. It was subsequently discovered that he never arrived at his home in Bolobedu and has not been seen or heard from since he left work.
A missing person case has since been opened at Roossenekal SAPS, and police are actively investigating and following all leads.
The SAPS urgently appeals to anyone who may have information regarding the whereabouts of Mr Mahlokoana Lucky Tau to come forward.
