The SABC has finally canceled long-running Venda weeknight soapie Muvhango after 28 years, following several challenges in recent years, including a decline in viewership.
Muvhango made its debut on SABC2 on April 7 1997. The final broadcast of Muvhango will take place on August 8 at 21:00.
It will be replaced by Pimville Queens, which will air from August 1
