SEKHUKHUNE POLICE LAUNCH A SEARCH FOR THE TWO MURDER MALE SUSPECTS
POLOKWANE: The police in Sekhukhune are appealling for information from the public in arresting two unknown male suspects who murdered a 42 year-old male victim on Thursday 18 July 2024 at about 16:30 in Shushumela Section next to Peter Nchabeleng Stadium.
Preliminary investigations revealed that two unknown male suspects entered the deceased residence through an open garage without closed doors while inside his motor vehicle that just parked. The wife of a 42 year-old male victim was inside the house when she suddenly heard a gunshot at the garage.
She immediately rushed to find out what was happening and saw a blue VW Polo motor vehicle with an unknown registration number driving off at a high speed from the premises.
Upon further observation, she found her husband bleeding profusely with a gunshot wound inside the motor vehicle. The Emergency Medical Services (EMS) were immediately dispatched to the scene and unfortunately declared the victim dead on their arrival.
The motive of the incident is unknown at this stage and police investigations are ongoing.
