The pre-trial conference of AKA has been adjourned to 13th of August .
At the beginning of today’s court proceedings Judge Jacqueline Henriques ordered that no recording devices may be used in court.
Media houses were allowed to broadcast court proceedings previously when the high-profile matter was still before the Magistrates Court.
During the pre-trial conference, Judge Henriques ordered the state to get their house in order after the state failed to furnish the defence with particular admissions. (Documents)
This included documents relating to ballistic results, CCTV footage evidence, bank statements of the accused and affidavits of 45 witnesses that the state is expected to call to the stand.
