SAPS GIYANI APPEALS FOR PUBLIC ASSISTANCE IN ARTHER MDAKA(26)
POLOKWANE: The Police in Giyani continues efforts to trace Arther Mdaka (26), who has been missing since Tuesday, 13 January 2026.
Arther, a resident of Section E, Giyani, was last seen after leaving his home during the early hours of the morning. According to reports in the matter, he left the house, telling a family member that he was heading to the Giyani CBD.
Of concern to the family is that Arther left without his cellphone, which was later found lying on his bed. The family is unable to confirm the clothing he was wearing at the time, further complicating efforts to trace his movements.
Despite extensive efforts by relatives and friends to locate him, no positive leads have been established. SAPS Giyani has since taken over the matter and is actively pursuing all possible avenues to determine his whereabouts.
The police are appealing to community members and anyone who may have seen or interacted with Arther Mdaka since his disappearance to come forward.
