The Oaks Crossing Sod Turning Ceremony
The management of Sampada Private Equity joined the Mayor of Maruleng Cllr Tsheko Musolwa in a sod-turning ceremony for the construction of The oaks shopping centre at The Oaks Village.The centre is strategically situated approximately 36 kilometres from Hoedspruit. The development cost is estimated at a value of R200 million.
The Mayor says the new shopping centre will create more jobs for local residents.
Residents say they will no longer travel lond distances to access essential goods and services.
The property developers who will be responsible for the construction of the shopping centre, Sampada Private equity says this initiative aims to enhance convenience and accessibility for local residents while fostering economic growth within the community
