THIRD SUSPECT IN THE PHALAPHALA FARM THEFT TO APPEAR IN COURT
PRETORIA – Twenty seven years (27) old, Ndilinasho David Joseph appeared in the Bela-Bela Magistrates court this afternoon, 10 November 2023 following his arrest by the Serious Corruption Investigation based at the National Head office of the Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation yesterday, 09 November 2023 when he handed himself at Bela-Bela police station.
The two accused, Ndilinasho (27) and Froliana Joseph (30) also appeared for bail application following Froliana appearance on Monday, 07 November 2023 on charges of house breaking, theft and an additional charge of money laundering for Imanuela David. Their case was postponed to the 17 November 2023 for judgement of the bail application. Imanuela David will also return on the same date with his legal representation.
