TWO ACCUSED IN PHALAPHALA FARM THEFT APPEAR IN COURT
PRETORIA – Imanuwela David (39) and Frolina Joseph (30) made their first appearance in the Bela Bela Magistrates court today, 07 November 2023 following their arrests on Sunday, 05 November 2023 and Monday, 06 November 2023 respectively on charges of house breaking and theft.
The pair was arrested in Rustenburg and Bela Bela respectively by the members of the National Serious Corruption Investigation in relation to the Phala Phala farm break in February 2020. The pair’s case was postponed to Friday, 10 November 2023, for legal representation for Joseph. An additional charge of money laundering was added for David.
