POLICE SEEK COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE AFTER UNKNOWN WOMAN FOUND BRUTALLY MURDERED IN HOEDSPRUIT
POLOKWANE- The Provincial Commissioner of Police in Limpopo Lieutenant General Thembi Hadebe has expressed shock after a woman was brutally murdered and her body dumped on the main road at Sedawa village in Hoedspruit today, Monday 10 July 2023 at about 06h00.
It is alleged that the SAPS Hoespruit members responded to a complaint of a body of a female found lying on the main road.During investigation, it was established that the deceased had suffered multiple stab wounds.
The deceased has not been identified and she is in her thirties, light in complexion with an afro hair. She was wearing a brown t-shirt and blue jeans. The body was covered with a duvet.
Police have opened a case of murder and the motive of the killing is not yet known.
” Such cold and senseless attack on a person cannot be tolerated. We have confidence in the investigation team assigned to the case that they will ensure the perpetrators of this heinous crime are tracked down and brought before justice,” Concluded Lieutenant General Hadebe.
