PONGOLA MAN CHARGED WITH RAPE OF MINORS ABANDONS BAIL APPLICATION
A 32-year-old man charged with the rape of two minor children, returned to the Pongola Magistrates’ Court today. It is alleged that he was the driver who transported the children (aged four years old) to preschool daily. The matter was in court for a bail application; however, the man has abandoned his application for bail. He will thus remain in custody.
The case has been remanded to 12 June 2023, for further investigations.
