SINDISO MAGAQA MURDER TRIAL SET TO BEGIN
The trial against the men charged with the murder of Sindiso Magaqa, amongst other offences is set to begin in the Pietermaritzburg High Court on Monday 24 April 2023. Magaqa was shot dead in uMzimkhulu in 2017.
Sbonelo Myeza, Mbulelo Mpofana, Mlungisi Ncalane, and Sibusiso Ncengwa, are charged with conspiracy to commit murder, murder, attempted murder, malicious injury to property, and charges of unlawful possession of firearms and ammunition.
The trial is set down for the period of 24 April to 12 May 2023.
