The Polokwane High court has granted bail to two of the four accused in the murder of ANC councillor , Vaaltyn Kekana and party’s sub regional secretery in the Mogalakwena municiplality,Ralph Kanyane. Former mogalakwena municipality senior official Jabu Mashamaite and businessman James Chuma were granted bail of R10. 000-rand each with conditions. They made second appeal in the High court yesterday for their release on bail. Their first appeal was dismissed. The other two accused in the murder of Kekana and Kanyane- Samuel Mokonyane and Nkholo Mangana have been remanded custody. The four will be tried in the High court next year.
