BOLSHEVIKS PARTY’S OF SOUTH STATEMENT t FOLLOWING THE 2 ARREST ELIAS MOTSOALEDI LOCAL MUNICIPALITY FORMER MAYOR AND MM OVER VBS INVESTMENTS .

The Bolsheviks Party of South Africa is delighted and welcomes the arrest by the Hawks of former Elias Motsoaledi mayor and current Sekhukhune District Municipality mayor and the former MM EMLM on charges of corruption,money laundering and contravention of the Municipal Finance Management Act as well as the Banks Act in relation to the EMLM’s investment of R190million in VBS.

We believe the former MM was paid out for her silence when she received a golden handshake running into over R2million as part of her settlement, we hope she will spill the beans and tell the whole truth to the Hawks.

We feel vindicated that despite their vehement denials of any wrong doings the law enforcement agencies never lost focus, this arrest may be the turning point in rooting out corruption in our municipalities. We applaud this arrest and hope that justice will finally be served.
