Health Deputy Minister Dhlomo to preside over occasion to remember the victims of COVID-19 in nursing profession Pretoria: The Deputy Minister of Health, Dr Sibongiseni Dhlomo will tomorrow (Wednesday, 29 March) to deliver a memorial speech during the special occasion to unveil the Wall of Remembrance erected by the South African Nursing Council in honour of nurses who demised during COVID-19 pandemic. The event is organised in collaboration with the Department of Health as part of efforts to remember the fallen heroes and heroines in the nursing profession who succumbed to the pandemic while saving the lives of patients. Deputy Minister Dhlomo will be joined by the leadership of the nursing council and representatives from other stakeholders in the health sector.
