SEBAYENG POLICE NEED ASSISTANCE TO FIND A MISSING PERSON
POLOKWANE : Sebayeng Police need public assistance to find a missing person, Karabo Mashangoane aged 20, from Ga-Dikgale Marobala.
According to the victim’s mother, her daughter disappeared on Saturday, 10 January 2026, after she was accompanied to Polokwane taxi rank by her sister, as she intended to return home but she never reached her destination.
She further indicated that the missing person’s cellphone has been intermittently reachable, as it is sometimes switched on and at other times switched off.
Preliminary investigation determined that her mother last saw her during November 2025, when she left home to visit her grandmother in Mpumalanga. She allegedly left Mpumalanga and proceeded to visit her sister who resides in Polokwane.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the missing person is urged to contact the investigating officer, Warrant Officer Alinah Marotola on 082 565 9175, the Crime Stop number 08600 10111, visit the nearest police station, or submit information via the MySAPS App.
