LEVUBU SAPS LAUNCH MANHUNT FOR MISSING 22-YEAR-OLD MAN

POLOKWANE: The Police in Levubu have opened a missing person case following the disappearance of Reuben Marsberg, aged 22, who went missing on Wednesday, 26 November 2025, at about 17:30.

According to the report, the complainant alleges that on the said date and time, his brother Reuben dropped off him at his girlfriend’s place, with an agreement that he would fetch him the following morning.

The complainant further stated that the next morning, he waited for his brother until around 08:00 but could not reach him as his cellphone was switched off.

He then went to their residence at Farm A9.1 situated along the R524 road in Levubu with public transport. Upon arrival, he noticed that his brother’s motor vehicle, a cream white Toyota Land Cruiser with registration number BV35 JTZN, was not at the premises. The house was not locked, and when he entered, he could not find his brother. He proceeded to check his brother’s room and observed that the television, some blankets, a mattress, and a PlayStation were missing. There were no signs of forced entry, and nothing appeared suspicious at the scene.

Police investigations continue to establish the circumstances surrounding his disappearance.
