State witness and Lindelani Nengovhela’s sister, Sylvia Ṋengovhela breaks into tears as she recounts the events that unfolded leading to her sister’s death. She told the court that the accused, Livhuwani Madadzhe, was so angry, sitting outside in a chair, playing music when she went to pick her aunt at the accused home.
The next morning she woke up to the spine-chilling news that her sister was found dead in a waterlogged pit at her home.
Judge Tshidada asked her if she still wanted to continue giving testimony. She responded “I am fine”
